How to Keep Healthy
六年级四班 张格悦
Every one wants to have a healthy lifestyle,but always fails.I have failed before. But later,I tried many ways. Maybe you want to know how to keep healthy. I will show you.
First,eating healthy food . Why do I look healthy? Because I have a healthy diet.I eat vegetables and fruits every day.I also drink milk three times a day.My favorite food is papayas. It tastes sweet but not greasy. It can also be used to mix with milk,which is very delicious.If you really want to keep healthy,don’t drink drinks and eat snacks. They are bad for you.
Second, I love sports.I play sports one hour within week.In the weekend,I play sports three hours.I often run, which can not only help me keep healthy but also lose weight.My favorite sport is playing basketball.It can make me have a good physique.
Third,a good sleeping habit is very important.Getting up and go to bed early can help us more healthier.I sleep ten hours every night. I am a healthy girl.These are my suggestions. Hope these can help you keep healthy.
