Keep Healthy 六年级三班 汤正悦 I have a healthy body. How do I keep healthy? Let me tell you. Life lies in movement, so I exercise every day. I practice dancing every Friday and I go jogging every Saturday morning. School hours are very busy, but I walk to school on my own every day. This is also a good way to exercise. We need to love sports. Sports make us healthy. What’s more, a healthy diet is also very helpful. Every morning, no matter how urgent it is, I always drink a glass of milk. I often eat fruits and a lot of vegetables. I also have a small amount of meat for dinner every day. A healthy diet is good for our health. Early to bed and early to rise makes people healthy!
