How to make healthy?
六年级一班 王胜然
If you want to make healthy, you can do the following.
The first one is eats will. You need to eat a lot of healthy foods, like vegtables and fruits. And you can also drink milk everyday,because it is good for us.
The second one is sleeps well. You need to go to bed early and sleep nine hours. It can make you spirit tomorrow.
The third one is plays well. You can play sports, is good for your body. Skate, basketball, soccer, table tennis and baseball are all the good sports. This can make your body strong.
