       Today is our second day in Beijing. It is very big city in the north of China. Yesterday, we visited the Great Wall and the National Stadium.
       Today, we got up early because we were going to Tiananmen Square to watch the flag-raising ceremony. At four o’clock, we were there. Around five o’clock, the National Flag Guard began to raise the flag. The scene was really shocking.
       Then, we visited the Palace Museum. It used to be the place where the emperors of the Ming and Qing Dynasties lived. What a luxurious and magnificent palace it was!
In the afternoon, we went to the Temple of Heaven Park. This used to be the place where the emperor worshiped.
       There were many people in these places, but these places were still beautiful. We took a lot of photos there.
Tomorrow, we will go to the Summer Palace and the National Museum of China. Oh, I can’t wait.
